Adnan Lawai is the Co-founder and CEO of Folio3, a global Digital Transformation company headquartered in Silicon Valley. A seasoned technologist and entrepreneur, he has led Folio3 expansion to nearly a thousand employees, delivering AI-driven solutions across industries. With Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from MIT, Adnan’s career spans roles at SGI, GI (Motorola), and Clickmarks, where he specialized in engineering, technical sales, and product strategy. His latest focus is on AI, spearheading Folio3’s AgTech and AgErip divisions. Through advanced AI solutions in precision farming, livestock monitoring, and sustainable agriculture, he is driving innovation to help farmers and agribusinesses optimize efficiency and productivity.
Umair Khan is founding partner at Mentors Fund, a seed-stage venture firm. He is a visiting professor at U. C. Berkeley, College of Letters and Science. He is also the founder and chairman of Folio3, a software services firm, and founder of SecretBuilders, an education technology company. Previously, Umair co-founded Clickmarks, a mobile enterprise software company acquired by Semotus. He has over 20 industry patents, including four from his work at Intel (where he started his career) and one from his graduate research at MIT. He is co-founder of OPEN (Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs). Umair received a BS in Mathematics (1992) and an MS in Computer Engineering (1995) from MIT. He is a 2008 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Robert Terry is the Sales Director (North America) at Folio3, based in San Mateo, California. With a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of ERP solutions, he plays a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering growth for the company.Before joining Folio3, Robert held leadership positions at 67 Solutions as Vice President of Business Development and worked with renowned organizations such as Appficiency, Deloitte Digital, and KGH. His extensive experience in AgTech further strengthens his contributions, making him a key player in expanding Folio3’s presence in this sector. Robert’s expertise in ERP solutions is evident in his ability to guide prospects through complex sales processes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for clients. Having been a part of Folio3 for a significant period, he brings valuable insights to sales meetings, helping refine strategies and close high-impact deals.
Harold Birch, one of the founding members of FamilyFarms Group, was named Executive Vice President in 2010 after serving as COO since 2006. With decades of experience in the agriculture industry, Harold has played a vital role in shaping the organization's strategic direction.
